Provided same day service on installation of new smoke detectors. Also completed a full safety check and fixed all critical issues in the same visit. Very professional and friendly, nothing was too much effort. Were also honest about which works were necessary and which were nice to have. Highly recommend, will definitely be using again.

Found this company on Google, not knowing them previously. Easy to call and book. Additionally, they gave a clear estimated of arrival. The electricians also gave us a pre-call so that we knew they were 30 minutes away. We had Electricians Tim and Max, and they were great! Quick to diagnose the problem, and explain it all to me. Additionally, break down the costing, and asked permission to proceed. We now have a working switch and bathroom fan. The overall end to end process was very professional and to a high standard.

Adam and Jimmy were such lovely people and were very easy to communicate with. The job got done very efficiently, and they were always considerate of the home and left no mess whatsoever. After the safety check, they completed some additional works on the same day which worked out perfectly! Would 100% recommend!

Jimmy on site and Shannon in the office have been helpful, courteous, professional and efficient. On time, clearly explained the work to be done and then demonstrated when the work had been completed. Accommodating, competitively priced and responsive. We had Ray and Max come today to help us out with dodgy light switches. They were on time, friendly, polite and professional - an absolute pleasure. And - joy of joys - the switches are now working beautifully!

Great customer service, quality and very professional. Tim came to fix my broken outdoor light in Glen Waverley today. It was very nice of him to call me with his ETA. He came on time and got the job done nicely and fast. While fixing the broken lights, I asked him to take a look at other issues last minute and he was very kind to help, give me a quote and get this other job done on the spot. It has been a pleasant dealing with Tim. He is very professional, well knowledge, and meticulous. I also would like to thank Kenner Electric team for their great customer service. Excellent service and quality - the experience from planning the timing of the work with Shannon in operations, to the on-site work with Ray and Max was exceptional. I had possum guards, garden lighting, porch lighting and some internal lights installed. Ray’s attention to detail, aesthetic eye and desire to deliver exactly what I wanted was exceptional. All work was completed with the minimum amount of impact to my plaster and other surfaces and was millimetre perfect - which takes a little longer. The work was fairly priced when these details matter. Highly recommend the team.

Called for a quote and had someone out within a few hours. Super friendly and walked me through everything, really knowledgeable with recommendations, felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Would definitely give them a go next time you need a sparkie.
